There are a number of beautiful churches, many of which boast historical significance.

The influence of the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) can be seen all over the city.

Then there are the beautiful and historic homes and businesses, many featuring wrap-around decks and lace balconies.

Many of these historic homes featured mysterious alley ways that led to private back yard oases.

If the charm of the riverfront and beautiful architecture haven’t won you over, surely the quiet, sleepy beauty of Savannah’s many parks and squares will do it! That’s what’s in store for next time.
